← How Palm Hill Works
Management company, hired by HOPH
This Association management company has been employed by HOPH to run the park's day-to-day operations, including maintaining the office, managing the budget, providing common-area maintenance services, and overseeing on-site staff.
What it does
- Collects the monthly maintenance fees, issues payments to vendors, keeps the books, and prepares the monthly financial reports for the Finance Committee and the Board.
- Employs on-site staff: Community Association Manager, Assistant Manager, Facilities Manager, office staff, maintenance crew, janitorial staff, and pro shop employees.
- Completes common-area repairs, schedules & monitors vendors, and completes required inspections.
- Sends violation notices according to the Rules and Regulations and follows up on past due accounts as directed by the Board.
- Obtains quotes and bids for the Board and keeps the Association's records utilizing Vantaca, its online system.
Its role at Palm Hill
A contractor, not a committee. HOPH, Inc. hired RPM under a management contract that the Board approved, as permitted by the Bylaws. The on-site staff work for RPM, and HOPH pays for them through the contract. RPM carries out decisions made by the Board; it does not set park policy. The Community Association Manager reports to the Board at monthly Board meetings.
How it can help you
- Questions about your account, a payment, or paperwork: the Administration Office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Report a problem in a common area: tell the office, and it will be logged as a service request. You can track these or submit your own through Vantaca.
- Pay by automatic bank withdrawal (ACH): ask at the office; they can help you set it up online. Since June 2026, late fees are waived only for shareholders who use ACH.
- See your account and the Association's documents online: the resident portal at home.resourcepropertymgmt.com (homeowner login).
- From the office, you can obtain golf memberships, parking decals, and golf cart decals.
- For new owners or renters, RPM assists in completing all paperwork and coordinating an orientation.
- Book the Board Room: use Reserve a Venue on the club website; the office approves it.
Where it reports
RPM does not hold resident meetings; it assists the Board and Committees in coordinating them. The Community Association Manager gives a report at every monthly Board meeting (typically the last Wednesday of the month); the report is attached to the Board minutes.
