The volunteers who welcome new owners and first-time renters with a short orientation on how Palm Hill works.
What it does
- Holds a welcome orientation for each new owner and for first time renters, when they arrive.
- Distributes badges, explains all of the rules and goes over all forms and where to find community information.
- Keeps track of home sales in Palm Hill.
Its role at Palm Hill
An advisory committee appointed by the HOPH Board each year; a board member liaison reports monthly information to the board.
How it can help you
- New owner: The office passes your name and information to the committee at the time the application is approved, and a committee member will contact you to schedule your orientation.
- First-time renter: The office passes your name and information to the committee, and a committee member will contact you to schedule your orientation.
- Home sales by month: printed in the LINK each month.

When it meets
The Real Estate Committee meets occasionally, in South Clubhouse Board Room and on Zoom. To speak on an agenda item, file a request to speak before the meeting (no longer than 3 minutes). Meeting videos are on the Committee of Palm Hill Website and the Spectrum Community Channel.
