Governing body, elected by the shareholders

The nine shareholders elected to run HOPH, Inc.: they set the budget, adopt the rules and decide on the park's projects.

What it does

  • Sets the yearly budget and the monthly maintenance fee.
  • Adopts and changes the Rules and Regulations.
  • Decides on projects and contracts, usually on a committee's recommendation.
  • Appoints the committees and their chairs each year.
  • Works with the management company and the Park Manager on day-to-day operations.

Its role at Palm Hill
